I. General information
This Legal Notice was prepared with regard and pursuant to the provisions of Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/1999 and Information Society Services and Ecommerce Law 34/2002.
This Legal Notice regulates the use and utilization of the Portal, which is accessed through the Internet address http://www.AlphaCorporate.es, which Alpha Corporate, S.L. (hereinafter, “Alpha Corporate”), with registered office at calle Raimundo Fernández Villaverde número 65, 28003 Madrid, Spain and Employer Identification Number B83504043, and registered at the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Volume 18393, Sheet 1, Section 8, Page M- 319093, makes available to Internet users. Both the domain “alphacorporate.es” and the trademark “Alpha Corporate” are owned by Alpha Corporate, S.L. whose entry in the Trademark Registry is 1547019. The above-mentioned website was designed to publicize information about the activities and services offered by Alpha Corporate. Utilization of the Portal conveys the status of user of the Portal (hereinafter, “the User”) and implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions included in this Legal Notice. The User must carefully read this Legal Notice on each occasion he intends to use the Portal, since its terms and conditions of use may be modified. Access to the Portal is unrestricted and free of charge, except as regards the cost of connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider hired by the users. The utilization of certain services offered to users through the Portal may be subject to specific terms and conditions of their own (hereinafter, the “Specific Terms and Conditions”) which, according to each case, replace, complete and/or modify this Legal Notice. Consequently, prior to the utilization of these services, the user must also carefully read the related specific terms and conditions.
In any event, it must be emphasized that the services provided by Alpha Corporate have the price that is indicated in the related commercial proposal and under no circumstances are they provided through the Portal. The duration of this agreement is limited to the utilization of the Portal; consequently, the agreement will end when the users disconnect from the Portal.
II. Utilization of the Portal
The User must make a correct use of the Portal in accordance with the law and this Legal Notice and shall be liable for any damage or loss which might be caused as a result of a breach of this obligation.
Should the User wish to send his CV to Alpha Corporate through the Portal, he must use the link especially designed for that purpose, whose use is subject to a privacy policy (http://www.alphacorporate.es/alpha_i/privacidad.htm). Also, the information supplied by the User through the Portal must be truthful. Consequently, the User ensures the authenticity of all data provided and undertakes to keep the information given to Alpha Corporate perfectly up to date so that it reflects the real situation of the User at any given time, who shall be the only party responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage or loss caused to Alpha Corporate or to third parties by the information supplied.
III. Links
Should a link be introduced by an Internet User from his own website to the Portal, the link will only connect to the Portal’s main page but it may not reproduce it in any manner and should the Portal’s content be viewed with other content, the other content may not mislead, confuse or deceive Users as to the source of the Portal’s content, nor may it entail an act of comparison or unfair imitation or the taking advantage of Alpha Corporate’s reputation.
No false or inaccurate statement shall be made about Alpha Corporate, its employees or clients from the site which introduces the link, nor shall it be indicated on this site that Alpha Corporate consented to the insertion of the link or that Alpha Corporate has any relationship to or has assisted with this site.
Except for in legally permitted cases or cases which are specifically authorized by Alpha Corporate, whenever permission is given for a direct link to the Portal, the utilization of any trademark or other distinctive sign of Alpha Corporate on the site where the link is located is prohibited.
The site which establishes the link must comply with law and not provide or link up to content which is unlawful or contrary to moral principles and respectable habits.
The Portal includes technical linkage devices which enable the User to access other Internet sites and portals, with Alpha Corporate acting as an intermediation services provider pursuant to Article 17 of Information Society Services and E-commerce Law 34/2002 and, accordingly, it will only be responsible for the content and services supplied on the linked sites if, having had effective knowledge, in the form provided for in the Information Society Services and E-commerce Law, of the unlawfulness, it did not deactivate the link.
The existence of linked sites does not mean that there are any agreements with the parties responsible for or the owners of such linked sites, and Alpha Corporate is not liable for any damage caused by the unlawfulness, quality, out-of-dateness, unavailability, erroneousness or uselessness of the content of those sites, since it is unaware of such content. In any event, if the User knows that the linked sites connect to sites whose content or services are unlawful or contrary to moral principles, he must inform Alpha Corporate of such circumstance.

In this way Users must provide their name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, specifying the alleged unlawful activity performed in the Portal, and the events or circumstances which reveal the unlawful nature of such activity.
IV. Intellectual and industrial property
Alpha Corporate reserves all the rights to the trademarks, commercial names or other distinctive signs, patents and intellectual property in connection with the content and design of this Internet Portal.
In particular, the content which appears or may appear on the Portal (texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, links, graphic design, source code, etc.) are owned by Alpha Corporate or third parties which have specifically authorized Alpha Corporate to include them on its Portal. Under no circumstances may it be deemed that Alpha Corporate grants the User any license or waives, assigns or totally or partially transfers its rights over such content, or that it confers any right to transform, use, reproduce, distribute or communicate publicly the content.
Likewise, the trademarks, commercial names and other distinctive signs shown on this Portal belong to their respective owners. The User accepts that access to this Internet service does not mean the tacit granting, by virtue of the doctrine of own acts or by another mechanism, of any license or right to use any trademark, commercial name or any other distinctive sign that appears on this Portal, without prior consent in writing from Alpha Corporate or the respective owners.
V. Liability
Alpha Corporate is not bound to check the truthfulness, accuracy and correctness of the information supplied through its website. Alpha Corporate is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information supplied in the Portal, or for damage or loss caused to the User resulting from actions based solely on information obtained from the Portal, since the content of this site is general and does not constitute the provision of any type of financial advisory service and, consequently, such information is insufficient for the User to take professional or business decisions.
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation by Alpha Corporate to monitor that there are no viruses or any other harmful software items, the User being responsible for having suitable tools to detect and disinfect harmful software, and, consequently, Alpha Corporate is not responsible for the damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
Alpha Corporate is not responsible for the damage or loss caused to the User as a result of failures in or disconnections from the telecommunications networks which give rise to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service before, during or after the provision thereof.
VI. Personal data protection
Alpha Corporate guarantees that it complies with the security levels required by the Regulations on Security Measures for computer files containing personal data approved by Royal Decree 994/1999.
Alpha Corporate will process the information from curriculum vitae received by e-mail confidentially and solely for the purpose of considering them in future recruitment processes. Alpha Corporate will cancel and delete the data if they are inaccurate, incomplete or are no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in accordance with the provisions of data protection legislation.
The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by contacting the data controller of the file at the e-mail address info@alphacorporate.es.
By means of this document the User gives his consent to the data controller of the file to communicate his personal data to the companies of the Deloitte group as agents in charge of processing data for the above-mentioned purpose, unless specific instructions are given to the contrary.
Alpha Corporate may use cookies during the provision of the Portal service, although the User has the possibility of configuring his navigator so that he prevents cookie files from being created or is warned of when this is happening. Cookies are automatic information collection procedures about the preferences determined by a User during his visit to a specific website. This information is recorded in small files which are saved in the User’s computer and every time the User returns to the website in question these files are automatically activated in order to configure the website with the preferences stated in prior visits.
VII. Legislation
All the points of this Legal Notice are governed by Spanish law and any dispute arising therefrom will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
